He served for twelve years on a volunteer basis as legal advisor to "Bekol – Organization of Hard of Hearing People in Israel", and within this framework, wrote the bill that later became the Television Broadcasting Law (Captions and Sign Language), 2005.

Attorney Shenhar has since 2014 served on a volunteer basis as legal advisor to the Israeli Christians Recruitment Forum and to the ICAA – Israeli Christian Aramaic Association and has represented the Association and its leaders in petitions and appeals to the Israeli Supreme Court.

Attorney Shenhar interned at the Central District Attorney's Office, continued his legal career as an attorney at the law firm of Amnon Zichroni and founded the Shenhar-Doleve law firm in 1997.

Attorney Eli Farzad


Attorney Eli Farzad is a member of the legal team at Shenhar Doleve Law Firm and specializes in the fields of litigation, libel and advertising and marketing.

Attorney Farzad provides legal advice and support to clients with respect to their ongoing business and communications activities and, as necessary, represents them before the various courts, government bodies and various regulatory bodies.

His clients are diverse - ranging from local authorities to Israeli and international companies and private clients, and he provides them with the experience and professional knowledge that he has acquired in his areas of expertise.

During his studies, Attorney Farzad served as a correspondent to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Law Faculty quarterly magazine and additionally volunteered at the Regional Labor Court in Jerusalem.

He interned at the law firm of Eliad Shraga & Co. and in 2008 joined the Shenhar Doleve law firm.

Attorney Anna Shayovitz


Attorney Anna Shayovitz is a member of the legal team at Shenhar-Doleve Law Firm and specializes in defamation, communications law, class action law and commercial law.

Attorney Shayovitz handles the firm's clients and provides them with professional and high quality services in her fields of expertise - from writing agreements in the field of commercial law, writing opinions and handling current problems of various companies and corporations, and representing and litigating before the various civil courts, including representing plaintiffs in class actions with significant amounts of money at stake.

As part of her academic studies, Attorney Shayovitz served as a member of the editorial board of the journal "Law and Business" of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya. As part of this role, she was responsible for conducting legal research, as well as reviewing and editing academic articles that were accepted for publication in the journal.

Attorney Shayovitz interned with the Haim Zadok & Co. law firm, where she continued her professional career as a lawyer and in 2015 joined the Shenhar Doleve Law Firm's legal team.
